SASBAH MEMBERSHIP FORM

Please click here  to download a SASBAH membership form. The annual subscription (£5 minimum) is due before the end of March for the calendar year. This nominal fee contributes to the ever-rising costs of posting and printing the annual review and the newsletters over the year year. Please complete the Membership Record, remembering to sign and date it at the top, and send it with your subscription to the SASBAH Main Office.
